Our expertise combines solid academic training with practical work experience in a variety of situations and industries that allow us to effectively understand and address client needs. This unique combination of theory and practical experience has proven itself time and again when solving complex client problems.

All consulting staff holds relevant degrees or professional certifications in the field of Human Resources. Staff credentials include 3 Masters Degrees, 6 Bachelor degrees, 2 Certified Myers-Briggs trainers, 1 Certified Compensation professional, 1 Center for Creative Leadership Certified Benchmarks trainer, 2 Strong Interest Inventory Certified trainers, and a wide assortment of additional specialized training.

Staff members annually attend training programs to update their skills. We have an extensive library of information, including several professional journals and other specialized information available for our use.

Additionally, we are members of a wide variety of professional organizations, both individually and as a corporation. These include Society for Human Resources Management [SHRM], World at Work [formerly the American Compensation Association], our local Chamber of Commerce, and the Employment Management Association. We also volunteer our time and serve on non-profit Boards and other community organizations.
